"Day Of Coordination"

This Service is for the couple that wants to plan the details on their own with the assurance that someone will be there on their wedding day overseeing those details and making sure everything is flawlessly executed.

As a consultant my role includes:

  • We will set up an initial consultation with you to explain our fees and services - FREE CONSULTATION
  • We will follow up with a detailed meeting once under contract
  • We will provide unlimited emails/advice during business hours
  • We will schedule and attend a final location walk through one month out
  • We will confirm with all vendors one week out
  • We will create a master list of all vendors and other important wedding contacts
  • We will develop and distribute wedding day timeline to all vendors one week out
  • We will create layouts for ceremony and reception sites one week out
  • We will organize ceremony rehearsal and discuss wedding day itinerary
  • Male and Female Assistant is included

Wedding Day

  • We will be available for unlimited hours of service on your wedding day
  • We will create a detailed "Itinerary" for your special day
  • We will manage and assist wedding vendors ensuring all tasks are complete
  • We will manage vendor and décor setup at ceremony and reception sites
  • We will organize and distribute all flowers to the wedding party, family members and special guests
  • We will provide a Bridal Emergency Kit – aspirin, energy bars, mints, sewing kit, etc.
  • We will facilitate the wedding ceremony

Check for any items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony
Oversee ushers, readers, musicians, program and guest book attendants
Make sure all members of the wedding party are looking picture perfect
Properly line up processional and cue musicians

  • We will assist with signing of marriage certificate
  • We will assist in bustling the brides gown
  • We will assist guests with reception seating
  • We will be the liaison to caterer
  • We will coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception
  • We will distribute vendor gratuities and final payments
  • We will assist designated person responsible for removing all personal items
  • We will coordinate your grand exit
  • We will be prepared to meet any emergency situation that may arise

As Wedding Day Coordinator my duties include: Some items are the same as above

  • Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding
  • Development of a detailed wedding timeline for contracted vendors and bridal party
  • Wedding Rehearsal Supervision (2 hours maximum)
  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception for up to "Unlimited" hours on the day of the wedding
  • An additional event manager, on site, the day of the wedding

"Full Service Coordination" - "Day-of" Duties Included

We will work closely with you to create a plan of action bringing your personality, style and ideas to life. We work with some of the best vendors in the area who will assist in making your vision a reality. Our goal is to take the stress out of planning so you can enjoy this wonderful time of your life. 

As a consultant my role includes:

  • Initial meeting for 2 hours, my treat for lunch
  • Unlimited phone calls, texts and/or emails
  • Unlimited In person meetings to discuss the wedding (if you prefer)
  • Unlimited In person meetings to all vendors including tastings
  • Wedding research
  • Vendor referrals
  • Organization of all vendors and rentals
  • Shopping trips for dresses and all wedding items
  • Unlimited visits to ceremony and reception sites
  • Budget assistance
  • Review and negotiation of all contracts
  • Pick-up and delivery of all orders to you
  • Research, recommendations, and hotel booking for out of town guests, delivery of guest gift bags
  • Top things to do and see list while in your area, for your guests
  • Directions and maps for guests and vendors
  • Timeline development & Checklists
  • Seating chart help
  • Layout and traffic flow recommendations
  • Help you with assembling of invitations or favors
  • Confirmation phone call to all the vendors one to two weeks prior to the wedding
  • Rehearsal assistance and attendance
  • Calling all guests who don't RSVP
  • Day of wedding coordination including help in setting up decor, verifying all vendors and deliveries arrive, timeline coordination, and tear down
